Join us in Alexandria, VA—right outside of Washington, D.C.—this spring.
The 2025 Blueberry Hill Climb and Industry Meetings will be held from March 24-28 in Alexandria, VA right outside of Washington, D.C.
The Blueberry Hill Climb is the only event that brings together growers, handlers, researchers, and allied industry members to address the blueberry industry’s biggest policy priorities with the U.S. Congress and Administration.
This is also a great opportunity to participate in your USHBC and NABC Committee Meetings, network with your peers, learn from engaging speakers, and even have a little fun!
Schedule
All events will take place at the AKA Alexandria Hotel. The Blueberry Hill Climb attendees will go off-site to Capitol Hill on Wednesday. Ground transportation will be provided. Please note, the schedule will be continuously updated.
Hill Climb Registration Pricing
The Blueberry Hill Climb registration fee includes the Welcome Reception, all education and meals, going to Capitol Hill, and the Red, White, and Blueberry Reception. These events are scheduled from March 24-26.

Industry Meeting Registration Pricing
The Industry Meetings Keynote and Meals package includes breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday, and all education speakers. The DC at Dusk Tour has a limited capacity, so save your seat today! All of the Committee Meetings are complimentary to attend. These events are scheduled from March 27-28.

Registration Note
We have moved all event registrations to Impexium, a quick and easy solution to link your NABC Membership account and Event registrations. If you don’t have an Impexium account, no worries! Simply click on “Create an Account” on the login page and Impexium will walk you through setting it up. All of the events are a la carte so feel free to pick and choose what you’d like to attend!
Group Registration Info
Please use the Group Registration option to register more than one individual within your organization at the same time. You may also have individuals within your organization register individually. Please note, group registration is limited to your organization. If you would like to register an industry partner (Grower, Supplier, Trade Organization etc.), please have them create an Impexium account, if they don’t already have one, so they can individually register.
Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy
NABC will issue a full refund of the registration fee for written cancellation requests received by February 24, 2025. NABC will not issue refunds after this date, but you can transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge. Requests to deviate from this policy will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
