Cohort Travel & Hotel Logistics Reminder As we prepare for our next trip, a quick note regarding program accommodations: USHBC contracts master room blocks for each hotel stay. Because unused rooms incur financial attrition fees and because staying together is central to cohort bonding and safety standards, all fellows are expected to stay in the designated host hotel for the full duration of the event. If a work emergency or travel conflict requires any change to your arrival or departure, please notify us as far in advance as possible so we can adjust our master reservation without penalty.
